Delivery & Returns

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all UK Mainland orders.

All orders placed before 2pm on Monday-Friday will usually leave our fulfilment centre the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Please note that this excludes UK bank holidays and weekends; Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.

As an independent online brand, we use trusted carriers to deliver our products. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail, while our beds and blankets are delivered by DPD.

For larger items, such as beds and bulk orders, your delivery will automatically default to UK Priority with DPD (1-2 working days) due to the weight and size of the parcel. Unless otherwise specified, our delivery options do not usually require a signature.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking notification will be sent to the email address and mobile phone provided with delivery options.

Safe Place & Neighbour Delivery By providing the carrier with instructions to leave your parcel in a "safe place" or with a neighbour you agree to accept full responsibility for the goods. Ralph & Co and our carriers are not liable for any items lost or stolen following a successful delivery to your requested location.

Our products are currently available for delivery within the UK only. In the event that no shipping method is shown when you input your address details, please email us at office@ralphand.co and a member of our team will look into obtaining a bespoke quote for you.

We are happy to accept items back for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.

Condition & Hygiene: We can only accept items if they are in an unused, saleable condition with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. For hygiene purposes, items must be free from pet hair and odors. Unfortunately, once tags have been removed or the item has been used, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to the sender if they are not received in a saleable condition.

In the event that you would like to return an item, please proceed to our Returns Center and submit a request. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions.

Customer Responsibility: Kindly note that all returns are at the customer’s expense. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the returned item(s) reach us safely and in good condition. Ralph & Co accepts no liability for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend that items are returned using a ‘signed for’ courier or mail service with proof of dispatch.

Once your item(s) have been received, our warehouse team will carry out the necessary inspections. Refunds are processed within 10 working days. If the items are damaged or not in a saleable condition, we will sadly be unable to issue a refund.

Once your items have been received and checked by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. While we aim to do this ASAP, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Please note that while initial delivery is free, any additional postage costs (such as bespoke quotes or special circumstances) are non-refundable unless the item was not dispatched. We are currently unable to offer free returns.
