FAQ's

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you placed your order with us before 3pm on Monday – Friday, your order will be processed and collected by the carrier you chose that evening. Delivery times are dependent on the delivery method you selected.

Once your order is on the way, a separate email notification will be sent with a tracking reference.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Our products are currently available for delivery within the UK only. As we grow, we hope to expand our reach further. In the event that no shipping method is shown when you input your address details, please send us an email to office@ralphand.co and a member of the team will look into obtaining a quote for you.  

How do I request a return / exchange?

Please refer to the instructions provided on the delivery and returns leaflet that we placed inside your parcel. If this is missing, please email office@ralphand.co

Is my bed washable?

Yes all our dog beds are machine washable. Please follow the instructions below.

Nest Beds:

For XS, Small & medium nest beds the full nest bed and cushion can be placed inside a washing machine on a 30°C wash.

For Large & XL beds nest beds either use a large drum or commercial washing machine to wash the whole bed as per above instructions or separately pop the removable inner cushion into the washing machine on a 30°C wash and hand wash/wipe down the main bed frame and cushions.

After washing, reshape and fluff up the bed and dry thoroughly in an airing cupboard or against a radiator. Do not tumble dry. This will allow your bed to stay in top condition for many years.

Pillow Beds: 

Our pillow bed designs have a removable cover.

Unzip and place the removable cover into your machine washing at 30° then dry thoroughly in an airing cupboard or against a radiator.
Do not tumble dry.

Do you have spare cushions or replaceable covers that I can buy?

Not at this time but as we grow, we may in the future

How do I clean my collar and lead?

Dry brush any dried dirt from the product then use a damp cloth to wipe away any remaining dirt. Use detergent on a damp cloth to gently sponge away any marks on the fabric part of the collar only. Do not machine wash. Tissue dry and allow to dry naturally (do not use a radiator or heat source).

What is my bed made out of?

Our stonewashed and country nest beds are made of premium quality upholstery fabric - 100% polyester with real vegetable tanned Italian leather trims.

All beds are filled with polyester fibre.

Colour Disclaimer

Although we do our best to make sure that the colours displayed on our Website are accurate, the actual colours may vary.

Differences in monitors and the device you use to view the website will result in subtle differences in colour and textures.

Does my bed / collar / lead / come with a warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty on our products only from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear or customer / dog damage e.g. dog chewing the leather.

How do I choose the right size for a collar?

We have a variety of models to suit various size breeds. Please take care to read the descriptions to avoid any disappointment.

Measure your dogs neck.

Our collars have 3 measurements 1) the full length of the collar from end to end  2) the width  3) the neck size suitable.

Please select the size of the collar that fits your dogs neck size.

How do I choose the right size / shape dog bed?

For dogs who like to curl up and feel protected - Our nest beds are perfect. 

When choosing the nest bed size - please take note of the sleeping area measurements. This is the size available for your dog to curl or stretch out.

For dogs who like to stretch out, or for those slightly older or smaller, that find climbing into a bed difficult - Either our pillow or cushions beds are ideal. 

All beds are made with top grade upholstery fabric that is extremely tough and hard wearing, plus are packed full of virgin fibre to encourage a healthy sleeping position.
