Delivery Issues

On the day of delivery, the carrier will contact you by text and email to confirm your parcel is on its way. Once delivery has been completed, you will also receive a delivery confirmation message.

If you believe your parcel has not been delivered correctly, you must notify Ralph & Co within 48 working hours of the confirmed delivery notification. Please contact us immediately at: office@ralphand.co

If we are not notified within this timeframe, we will do our best to help resolve the issue, however we may not be able to accept liability for any resulting delays, charges, returns and/or losses. This is a “time is of the essence” clause.

Warranty

All Ralph & Co products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• accidental damage

• normal wear and tear

• customer misuse

• damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing)

Missing or Damaged Goods

Whilst this is rare, if any items arrive missing, damaged, or not in a saleable condition, you must inform Ralph & Co within 48 working hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund items that are not reported within this timeframe.

Product Information

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display colours accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect colours precisely. Items may vary slightly from images shown.

We also aim to provide accurate product specifications; however all stated sizes, weights, colours, capacities, dimensions and measurements are subject to a 5-10% tolerance.

Product packaging may differ from that shown on our website.

Refunds & Returns (No Exchanges)

We accept returns for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To request a return, please complete the returns form at:

and follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

Returned items must:

• have tags still attached

• be unused and in a saleable condition

We are unable to process refunds for items returned without tags.

Returns are typically processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned parcel.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Please note: postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is faulty.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can only be used on full-price items and cannot be applied to:

• already discounted items

• discount bundles

• free product bundles

Appropriate Use & Customer Responsibility

Please ensure you purchase products suitable for both you and your dog.

By purchasing from Ralph & Co, you confirm that you have:

• read and understood the product information

• checked the product packaging and instructions (where relevant)

• ensured you are capable of using the product safely

You are responsible for checking that all items are present and safe before use. If you have any concerns with an order, you must notify us within 48 working hours.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, including (but not limited to) chewing or prolonged exposure to sunlight. Dogs must be supervised at all times when using any products supplied by Ralph & Co.

We work hard to ensure our website is accurate, informative, and easy to use. However, from time to time errors can occur, including incorrect information supplied by manufacturers.

We reserve the right to correct errors as soon as they are identified. Where permitted by UK/EU law, we disclaim warranties, advice and descriptions relating to the accuracy of website information.

We strongly recommend reviewing product information and customer reviews before purchasing. Ralph & Co is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the website or reliance on its information.

Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Orders can be placed via: www.ralphand.co You may amend your cart freely prior to checkout and payment.

If you need to change an order after checkout, please email us as soon as possible at office@ralphand.co Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes can be made and we are unable to amend orders:

• during weekends or public holidays, and/or

• after dispatch (once the courier is in possession of the parcel)

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, before or after payment.

Once you place an order, we will send an email confirming receipt. Please note: the contract of supply is confirmed only once your order has been dispatched, as stock availability may change.

You are responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided is accurate. We cannot be held liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect details supplied by the customer.

All payments must be completed before dispatch. Ralph & Co does not store card details — payments are processed securely by third parties including PayPal and Shopify.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights and all terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.ralphand.co is original material created by Ralph & Co or third parties, and is protected under UK copyright law.

We actively monitor and investigate suspected intellectual property theft, including unauthorised copying of:

• images

• product descriptions

• website design and layout

• other original content

Unauthorised use may result in legal action and recovery of costs/damages. Where applicable, we may submit takedown requests to hosting providers or internet service providers, including copyright claims under DMCA/OCILLA procedures.

If any Ralph & Co intellectual property is used without written permission, a fee of £1,000 (ex VAT) per item may be payable.

We also offer commercial licences for overseas retailers: £5,000 (ex VAT) per 10 images. Please contact us if you are interested.
